5. Returns & refunds

3. Select the relevant order and follow the return instructions

Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or non-conforming.

6. Legal warranty

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you may:

This guarantee applies for a period of 2 years from delivery of the product.
